Content description
While the discourse on racism has raised public awareness of the problems even more in recent years, there is a lack of convincing methods to convincingly implement the issue of diversity in organizations. With “anti-racism glasses”, we are taking an innovative step and want to equip companies with their own training tool. If we want to take responsibility and promote social cohesion and the benefits of diversity, we must involve as many employees as possible. In VR, we reduce prejudices and create compassion and respect. In this way, people who have so far had fewer points of contact with anti-racism are also inspired and taken along as allies.
Diversity Lab
The Diversity Lab was founded by Ali Can, who is known as a Tedx speaker and book author. The institute deals with VR content on diversity, inclusion and anti-discrimination and operates a training center in Brandenburg.
